From nearly 700 entries, Denver Comic Con & Breckenridge Brewery have carefully selected 4 finalists. Now it's up to you to vote for your favorite! You can vote for as many as you'd like but you can only vote once per name. The winning name will be illustrated by a hand-picked comic book artist. The person who came up with the name will receive a custom prize package from Breckenridge Brewery that includes free beer for a year and a Comic Con beer tap handle! Denver Comic Con: Name the Beer Contest ends March 23rd

Get those creative juices flowing! The annual "Name the Denver Comic Con Beer" contest kicked off March 21st and ends at 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 23rd! This is the 6th year Breckenridge Brewery has brewed a special beer just for the con. The 2017 DCC beer is a Bohemian-style Pilsner. It’s delicate and well-balanced, light yet complex. Saaz hops, a classic pilsner ingredient, impart a pleasant, earthy aroma while giving spicy flavor characteristics and a crisp, dry finish. Famously pleasing. A friend to many. But before you know it, it’s gone.

For St. Patrick's Day, our very own Chef Nate came up with a couple of great main dish items that include and pair with Breckenridge Brewery's new Nitro Series spring seasonal: Nitro Dry Irish Stout. There's the traditional corned beef and cabbage, of course, updated with a flavorful, homemade brine that includes Nitro Dry Irish Stout and a quick sear. Book a Brewery Tour and Contribute to Veterans to Farmers

Tours of our Littleton brewery through June 30th, 2017, benefit our new non-profit partner, Veterans to Farmers! We donate one dollar from every three-dollar tour reservation fee to a local charity for a period of 6 months. Past recipients have been South Suburban Park FoundationFreedom Service Dogs, and Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center. Veterans to Farmers (VTF) is a Colorado based non-profit that is leading the nation in agricultural training for U.S. Veterans. In its 3rd year of training, it now boasts over 80 graduates, many of whom are already taking on the role as America's next farmers. Rich Murphy, Program Director for VTF, explains, “The mission was clear from the start, and we knew what we wanted to accomplish. We have been given the chance to address two very critical issues: food security and veteran reintegration."

Breck Trek, Breckenridge Brewery's cross-country tour of music, beer, and art events, is off an running (trekking?). The Breck Trek crew descended upon Dallas in January with tap takeovers, pint nights, rare beers, the Sticky Situation Art Show, and a free concert by Colorado band, Paper Bird. The collaboration between Paper Bird and Breckenridge Brewery as a key component of Breck Trek is something unique and special. Together they cross America on this 12-city tour to promote and share great beer and great music. In anticipation of next week's series of Breck Trek events in Los Angeles, we sat down with Paper Bird to find out a little more about their beginnings and their ties to Colorado and Breckenridge Brewery.
