6% ABV – 16oz $6 / 5oz $4 – Easy drinking American Lager. We subbed out some of the base malt w/ jasmine rice and flaked rice to make it even lighter. 3 different pilsner malts for complexity along w/ some well balanced noble Euro hop character makes this the “Wiser” choice in craft lagers!

4.5% ABV – 16oz – $7 – PubWiser Lager and Michelada mix. Served w/ Tajin (spicy citrus salt) rim and lime. Great for hangovers!

5% ABV – 16oz $6 / 5oz $4 – This classic American amber blends pale, chocolate, and caramel malts in a well-rounded, flavorful beer. Caramel malts lend whispers of toffee sweetness, while a touch of bittering hops gives this beer its clean finish.

5.3% ABV – 16oz $7 / 5oz $4 – Made using only the finest peaches from the nationally recognized orchards of Palisade, Colorado, Palisade Peach Wheat is a laid-back porch-side refresher. This fruit-forward, unfiltered American style wheat ale is bursting with bright and juicy peach flavor!

5.4% ABV – 16oz $6 / 5oz $4 – Aromas of vanilla and toasted grain set the stage for mellow flavors of vanilla and dark roasted malts in this popular porter. Don’t let its deep mahogany color fool you, this brew is packed with flavor, yet as smooth as they come.

5.5% ABV – 14oz $8 / 5oz $4 – This Strawberry Basil Saison is a collaboration w/ Danico Brewing near DIA – Worth a stop! Aged on real strawberry puree and fresh basil. Look for that signature expressive saison yeast with a classic flavor combo of strawberry & basil. we used a small dry hop of Lemondrop hops that are known for zesty lemon notes too. Classy & elegant w/ a twist.

6% ABV – 14oz $7 / 5oz $4 – Collaboration with Broken Compass Brewing (many people mistakenly think were rivals). All Colorado IPA (Hops from Billy Goat, malt from Root Shoot, yeast from Inland Island, and water from up the hill.) Dry and easy drinking IPA with great hop character and low bitterness.

5.5%ABV – 16oz $7 / 5oz $4 or $10 in a Nitro Irish Stout souvenir glass! – A classic old-world style with the mesmerizing magic of nitro and a colorful Colorado spirit. Brewed with roasted Irish barley for a rich malty flavor, our Nitro Irish Stout captures the welcoming spirit of adventure that our home state’s all about.

7%ABV – 14oz $8 / 5oz $4 – Soft, lush and intensely juicy, our hazy IPA is bursting with hoppy aroma and flavor.
