Private Event at Farmhouse Flower

My husband and I held our reception at the Farm House (Breckenridge Brewery) in the late summer of 2019. It was magical! Such a good time hanging with friends and family all while having some fabulous beer selections/decor. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and easy to work/communicate with. We are so grateful and we love frequenting BB for random date nights! 10/10 recommend.

FAQs

Unfortunately, due to the crazy Colorado weather we do not contract space in our beer garden. You are more than welcome to bring your event to our beer garden as we would love to have you! Please keep in mind that we do not reserve anything out there as it is our wishes to have a community shared space. If you choose to bring your group to the beer garden please note that we do not have extra space in the event of an unexpected rainstorm or any other type of inclement weather to move your event inside the Farm House.

Monday – Sunday 11:00- 4:00 or from 5:00- close.

Any day depending on availability! The Tasting Room is a shared space as we use it as our starting location for brewery tours. Please keep in mind that the tasting room is a multi-faceted space that is used for our private tours, thus, until we have fully secured the space with the brewery there is a potential that it may become booked.

Do keep in mind that if you are looking for a summer event, unfortunately, we cannot officially book any Saturdays May-October. Here at the brewery, we host a summer concert series. We, unfortunately, don’t officially know when we will know about the official concert dates. Booking talent with the radio station does take time. Concerts typically happen on Saturdays. Until the Brewery, artist management, radio station, and festival team have decided on dates we do have to hold off on booking. We would hate to commit to a date and then cancel due to a concert.

We do have a waitlist for summer Saturdays. If you would like to be on it please let us know.

Tour Tasting Room: 40 seated, 75 standing (During the summer we can push these numbers)

North Room: 50 seated, 85 standing

Great Room: 80 seated (without the patio) 100 (with the patio), 130 standing

We have you covered with the basics! We have a projector & screen upon request. We also have a wireless microphone. You are more than welcome to hook into our sound system in the Tasting Room! There is no additional charges to use any of this!

Anything outside of the basic needs please let us know and we will get you connected with a company that can get you set up with all of your AV needs.

Absolutely! We are a family friendly location! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make the event fun for the kids.

While we do love dogs here they do need to be outside due to health code rules and regulations. If your dog is a service dog they are more than welcome!

There is a non-refundable room rental fee of $125 for the Tasting Room. The room rental fee will be collected upon the signing of the contract. There is no room rental fee for the North Room & Great Room. Just food and beverage minimums that must be hit. These food and beverage minimums must be met before 7.25% tax, a suggested gratuity of 20% and a 2% booking fee.

Food and beverage minimums are broken down by month, day of week and time of day. Please contact our Senior Event Coordinator Alexa Taylor at Alexa.Taylor@breckenridgebrewery.com to discuss pricing and availability.

Yes, we love hosting full restaurant buyouts! We do not require a rental fee for a full restaurant buyout however we do have food and beverage minimums. These food and beverage minimums must be met before 7.25% tax, and a 2% booking fee. Food and beverage minimums are broken down by month, day of week and time of day Please contact either our Senior Event Coordinator Alexa Taylor at  Alexa.Taylor@breckenridgebrewery.com  to discuss pricing and availability.

Yes!

For all of our events we feature food buffet style. Our Chef has taken the time to craft a seasonal banquet menu. Since we have a seasonal menu we may be onto another menu by the time of your event. As we wish we could do plated events, our kitchen doesn’t have the infrastructure to host plated events.

We need to have everything finalized and into the kitchen no later than 1 week in advance of your event date. Keep in mind that we need to order and schedule accordingly.

Unfortunately not. As you probably have seen that food truck is massive! It stays there.  If you host a full restaurant buyout we can incorporate the food truck as another location for food to come from! *Seasonal dependent

Unfortunately not. We do handle all of the food for the campus.

No problem! This is your party and we want to make it enjoyable and memorable. We can discuss special dietary restrictions and allergies.

Yes you are welcome to bring in your own cake. If you do choose to bring your own dessert there is a $150 fee to do so. Please note that we have amazing desserts and our pastry chef can work with you to create something special for you and your guest! If there is something particular that you’d like to have, just ask! Please allow two weeks notice for any special requests.

While we would love to have the stage booked all the time, we are limited due to city noise ordinances as well as permits! If you are hosting an event in the tasting room you can have a small band or a DJ Please note that we will control the noise levels. We want to be good neighbors!

If you host a full restaurant buyout you absolutely can bring in a band or a DJ to make your event that much better. They will have to set up and perform inside though.

Unfortunately for room buyouts, we cannot have a band or a DJ as you would only be occupying 1/2 of the restaurant. However, you can have a preference on the radio station that we put on. Keep in mind we are a family-friendly restaurant!

We are very proud of our brewery and would LOVE to show it to you and your guest. Brewery tours are 30 minutes long & $10 per guest with a 10 guest minimum. We don’t need to know right away that you want to do a tour. However, we will need to have that finalized 1 week in advance so we can schedule accordingly.

Due to Colorado liquor license laws we produce more barrels of beer allowed to have a liquor license that would allow us to have wine and spirits. We are a strict beer campus. We have a vast range of beers that will accommodate all of your guests! We also have hard seltzers and hard lemonade seltzers for those who are not beer drinkers.

We do have seltzers! We have our Good Company Hard Seltzers. They come in 5 flavors and are Gluten Free.

At this time we do not have ciders here. They are technically classified as a wine.

Unfortunately not as that would be a breach in our liquor license. If guest are found consuming outside liquor it will be confiscated and if it is seen again the Farm House management has the right to ask that guest to leave or shut down the event before the contracted time.

We can do the bar as a hosted bar based on consumption, drink tickets, cash bar or a limit bar. A limit bar is where you can select the amount you want to spend on the bar tab and once it hits that limit it switches over to a cash bar.

No need in the tasting room! If you are hosting a room buyout we will set up a satellite bar for a $200 fee. This will allow you to have 6 beers on draft that you can pick! This is an automatic service & fee for the Great Room.

You can come in up to an hour and a half early of your event start time (unless discussed otherwise). You can bring anything that you wish to make your event yours! If you need more time than that please let us know. We will see what we can do.
We just ask that you don’t tack or nail anything on to the walls, candles are acceptable as long as they are in glass votive and please no confetti or glitter. We all know how long it sticks around!

For Weddings

We love that question! Weddings are such a significant day in someone’s life and we would be honored to host your wedding here with us.

Love has no boundaries! We would be honored to host!

Absolutely! If you rented the tasting room you can have your ceremony out in the beer fort. We don’t have chairs for ceremonies. If you want to have chairs for your ceremony you can rent them and have them delivered. We will help you set them up if you let us know how you would like to see them!

Absolutely! It’s an amazing location for a ceremony.  Please know if you wish to have your ceremony out back that it’s not a private location. It is open to the public. We have hosted a ton of ceremony out in the beer garden. Our patrons of the restaurant are very respectable and keep their distance during the ceremony.

We don’t have chairs for ceremonies. If you want to have chairs for your ceremony you can rent them and have them delivered. We will help you set them up if you let us know how you would like to see them! We recommend bringing in a small PA system for the ceremony so your attending guest can hear.

We do not require a day of coordinator however we do highly recommend one. They take a great amount of stress off the bride, groom, bridal party & families. They are also great to have as a point of contact for your vendors, bridal party, and venue staff.

We can recommend some for you if you wish.

For full evening buyouts, we will have access to the space starting at 4 pm. That is the time that we would close the restaurant to the general public. The earliest we can start expecting guests wouldn’t be until 5:45/6. If you wanted to have your ceremony start earlier than that we can do that for an additional charge.

You are more than welcome to bring in your own vendors for rentals, decor, band, DJ, floral, wedding cake, photographers, photo booths, lighting, stage etc.  We can accept deliveries on your behalf before the event start time.

If you have a photographer at your event we would love if you would share your pictures with us. They are perfect for our portfolio and social media!

We have built relationships with the best vendors if you need some recommendations!

If you wish to have the tasting room alongside your room buyout you will also have to cover the food and beverage minimum & room rental fee of that space as well. Monday- Thursdays it’s $1,000, Friday- Sunday $1,300 with a room rental fee of $125.
