Vanilla Porter
Real vanilla beans from Madagascar combined with caramel and Munich malts create a beer that’s balanced and flavorful.
Aromas of vanilla and toasted grain set the stage for mellow flavors of vanilla and dark roasted malts.
Don’t let its deep mahogany color fool you. Vanilla Porter is dark in color and packed with flavor, yet it is as smooth as they come and easy to enjoy at any time of the year.

If you’ve ever tried our nationally renowned Vanilla Porter, you know Breckenridge Brewery knows how to make a great, easy-drinking, dark beer. This year, we kicked it up a notch! Our brewers created a unique, limited-edition pack of 4 delicious Porter selections to sample.

We love visiting Breck Brewery when the family is in town. It’s always such a fun environment and their selection of beer is on point.” – Tieghan Gerard
Creamy Brown Butter Mushroom Chicken
First up, a creamy brown butter mushroom chicken. I used Breck Brews vanilla porter in the cream sauce to add a richness that I love when paired with buttery mushrooms. Serve this over fettuccine pasta to complete an easy one-skillet dinner.
Vanilla Porter Molten Chocolate Cakes with Mascarpone Whipped Cream
And finally, Valentine’s Day wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day without dessert! And you guys…these lava cakes are roll your eyes back delicious. The vanilla porter really highlights the sweet chocolate within the cakes. Be sure to serve these warm, right out of the oven, with whipped cream on top! I promise this will not disappoint!
