5.9% ABV – 16oz $6 / 5oz $4 – Easy drinking American-style Lager. We used 3 different pilsner malts to build some complexity, then subbed some rice for barley to make it even lighter. We still used a classic German lager yeast strain, along with restrained use of classic Euro hops (Hersbrucker, EKG) to keep this lager authentic. The “Wiser” choice in craft lagers!

4.5% ABV – 16oz – $7 – PubWiser (our lightest beer) and Michelada mix. Served w/ Tajin (spicy citrus salt) rim and lime. Great for hangovers!

5% ABV – 16oz $6 / 5oz $4 – This classic American amber blends pale, chocolate, and caramel malts in a well-rounded, flavorful beer. Caramel malts lend whispers of toffee sweetness, while a touch of bittering hops gives this beer its clean finish.

5.3% ABV – 16oz $7 / 5oz $4 – Made using only the finest peaches from the nationally recognized orchards of Palisade, Colorado, Palisade Peach Wheat is a laid-back porch-side refresher. This fruit-forward, unfiltered American style wheat ale is bursting with bright and juicy peach flavor!

5.4% ABV – 16oz $6 / 5oz $4 – Aromas of vanilla and toasted grain set the stage for mellow flavors of vanilla and dark roasted malts in this popular porter. Don’t let its deep mahogany color fool you, this brew is packed with flavor, yet as smooth as they come.

5.5% ABV – 14oz $7 / 5oz $4 – Crisp, dry, and crushable New Zealand IPA showcasing the fruity terroir of these unique hops: NZ Motueka, NZ Nectaron, and AUS Galaxy. With a reduced bitterness and ABV, this is a true desert island beer for hop lovers.

6.8% ABV – 14oz $7 / 5oz $4 – Our fall seasonal hit Autumn Ale aged on roasted hot Hatch green chilis. A dark brown ale with great body and mouthfeel, great chili pepper aroma and flavor with just a bit of heat!

5.3% ABV – 14oz $8 / 5oz $4 – American Hefeweizen aged on raspberry puree and steeped in botanicals: Linden flower, Elderflower, & Tulsi. Brewed by Women in Beer to support Women in beer!

This West Coast Double IPA is chock full of classic Pacific Northwest “C” hops: Centennial, Chinook, Cascade- All grown at the Crosby Hop Farm in Woodburn, Oregon. Imagine licking a pine tree while biting into an unpeeled grapefruit. Classic!

12% ABV – 10oz $8 / 5oz $4 Our Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged just over 2 months in award winning Breck Distillery Bourbon Barrels. Dark roasty chocolate malt flavor w/ an almost oily mouthfeel from all the oats. A tribute to the first beer brewed here over 35 years ago – the Oatmeal Stout. What a long strange trip it’s been!
