Led by a local mother-daughter instructor duo, you’ll move through two 30-minute classes: an energizing HIIT class to dance & wake up the body, followed by a calming restorative yoga session to ground and reset.

🎧 Both classes will be led using silent disco headphones, creating a fully immersive atmosphere with curated music and clear, personal instruction — no distractions, just you and your flow.

After class, unwind with a drink (included with your ticket — beer, kombucha, or a non-alcoholic option), and if you choose, treat yourself to a session in a luxury portable sauna brought in by Foundry Saunas.

🧖‍♀️ Sauna spots are limited and will be scheduled at time of ticket purchase. Sessions may take place before or after class, depending on availability. There is an additional charge for sauna access.

• Class 1: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Class 2: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

This setup allows for a full-body reset while keeping the pace approachable and fun.

Q: What’s the vibe like?
A: Classes are done with silent disco headphones, so you’ll hear curated music and clear, guided instruction — no yelling, no distractions, just an immersive, personal experience.

Q: Do I have to take both classes?
A: Not at all! Choose the time that works best for you. Each class is a complete standalone session with both movement and recovery included.

Q: Do I need experience with HIIT or yoga?

A: Food is not included in your event ticket. However, Breckenridge Brewery Fort Collins will open for full dining and business at 10:30 AM, so you’re welcome to stick around and enjoy brunch or lunch after class!

A: The brewery opens to the public at 10:00 AM, so food and drinks will be available to order starting then. We encourage you to hang out, grab a bite, and enjoy the space post-class!
