A brilliantly filtered Lager with presenting orange and copper highlights. This brew has a warm biscuity malt aroma with a doughy, pillowy mouthfeel, and is balanced by slightly herbal hop aromas, firm bitterness and higher alcohol to help lift the malt sweetness. We cold-conditioned this beer for 12 weeks at 35*F to provide a crisp, clean lager finish.
