Celebrate the flavors of the season at our Harvest Beer Dinner, a thoughtfully curated 4 course dining experience featuring the sweet, juicy essence of late summer peaches paired with hand-selected craft beers.
Menu Includes:
1st Course- Grilled Peach Bruschetta with mascarpone, arugula and almonds paired with Ridge Runner
2nd Course- Colorado Sweet corn Bisque, popped Sorghum and a Huitlacoche Tamale paired with Oktoberfest
3rd Course- Smoked Serrano and Rhubarb glazed Wild Boar chop with Red Cabbage, Collard Green slaw and Grilled Corn Ribs paired with Palisade Peach
4th Course- Roasted Stone Fruit with a Lavender Honey Gelato, candied Violets and a Port Syrup paired with Small Batch
