Littleton's 125th Anniversary Celebration

Littleton Museum, Littleton, Colorado
The birthday weekend kicks off with a free fireworks show on Saturday, March 7 at 7 p.m. in Ketring Park. The party continues with a reception in the Littleton Museum until 10 p.m. Drink delicious craft beer and taste culinary treats from the soon-to-be-open Breckenridge Brewery Farm House Restaurant menu. Megan Burtt, winner of the 2011 Mountain New Song competition, will provide entertainment, and the museum will unveil its 125th birthday exhibit. Everyone must be 21 years old to attend.

Winter Craft Beer Festival

WCBF started with the goal of creating an event that would become a staple in the Boulder community for years to come that would benefit 30 to 50 local businesses all at once. With the love of craft beer being so big in Boulder it was important that we create a festival that reflects that.

This historic hotel is nestled in hills of Estes Park at the base of the majestic Rocky Mountain National Park and just an hour away from Denver.

Collaboration Festival

Collaboration Fest is entering its second year in 2015. The first year of the festival boasted over 50 collaborative beer projects with contributors from breweries across Colorado and the rest of the US. The second annual Collaboration Fest will feature upwards of 70 collaborative beer projects from all corners of the country. Look for Breckenridge Brewery's two collaborative pieces with Mad Tree Brewery and Starr Hill Brewery.

Platte River Half Marathon

Race will begin at the intersection of Alamo Ave. and Prince Streets
13th Annual Platte River Half-Marathon and Buckhorn Exchange Relay, benefitting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This point to point course is certified by USATF and was recognized as Competitor Magazine's Best Half-Marathon and Post-Race Party in 2012 and Colorado Runner Magazine's Best Half-Marathon in 2009 and Best Post-Race Party in 2011. Come run and see why. The race will begin at the intersection of Alamo Ave. and Prince Streets next to the Downtown Littleton Light Rail Station and run through the streets of Littleton before joining the Platte River Trail to run 10 miles downstream to Denver. The course will leave the trail for the final 1.1 miles at 8th Avenue and head east over the 8th Avenue Viaduct to the finish at the Buckhorn Exchange at 10th Avenue and Osage Street. There is an approximate net elevation drop of 120 feet with only one uphill section on the course from 12 to 12 ½ miles as you cross the 8th Avenue Viaduct. The surface throughout the race is asphalt and concrete with over 50% of the trail adjacent to the course consisting of dirt and crushed gravel. Not to mention a free ice cold Breckenridge Brewery beer at the end of the race.
